At this page you can pay for local and international calling service ONLY and the amount shall not exceed $100. To make a payment for other services from "New Systems LLC", please follow instructions in signed contract which will provide you with detailed information on how to make a payment using bank wire transfer, send check or visit one of the dealers. After the payment is successful, your account for local and international calls will be credited for the amount of payment in 5 minutes. Please, check your account balance after making the payment to make sure the transaction was completed. All sales are final. Exceptions: possible billing problems, problems with international routes signalization of 60 seconds or less. Your account will be credited within one hour during normal business hours. If you do not agree with the bill or with your payment, please call us at (916)-231-0295. Our customer service will gladly help you with any problem you might have. If a problem requires research, we will provide an answer within 60 minutes during normal business hours. If the issue is due to an error on part of “New Systems LLC”, we will refund any monetary losses to your account within 5 business hours or to your bank account in 10 business days.
