- 2. Then chose the language of the voice menu. If your phone is not registered, please enter your secret PIN number (located on the back of the card)
- 2. Press 3 for automatic phone number detection,
press 1 to add a new number, press 2 to remove a phone number.
- Don't loose your Express Payment Card. PIN code is your account number. Your account is successfully created. If for any reason you experience difficulty with our service, please call our Technical Assistance at: (916) 231-0295
How to recharge your account
- 1. Dial the access number that you're usually using to make a phone call.
- 2. Choose the language of the voice menu.
- 3. Press 2 to get into account recharge menu.
- 4. Press 1 to pay by Express Payment Card.
- 5. Please enterer 11-digit PIN Code (located on the back of your Express Payment Card).
- 6. Your account will be recharged instantly. You can check your account balance by pressing number 4 in the voice menu.
