HOW DOES IT WORK?
- In order to make an international or any other long-distance call, simply dial the access code from your cell or home phone. The access code will be provided to you by our Customer Service Department.
- Then chose the language of the voice menu:
For English, press 1.
For Russian, press 2.
If the phone number on your account is not blocked, our system will automatically detect it and will give you access to our phone service. Otherwise, enter your secret PIN number.
- Now choose one of the several options:
Press 1 to make a phone call.
Press 2 to add money to your account.
Press 3 to add/remove a phone number on your account.
Press 4 to check your account balance.
- If you choose to make an international or other long distance phone call and pressed 1, the system will prompt you to dial a phone number you wish to call. You should dial in international format starting with the code of the country.

Sacramento 1 916 231-0295
Moscow 7 495 231-0295
Kiev 380 44 231-0295
Do not dial the international access code (011)!
Your PIN
You can use your PIN to make a call from any other phone number, which is not registered on your account (e.g. your friend’s or work phone). You can also use your PIN to add or remove phone numbers on your account.
